Residential Pricing will be as follows:

$100 Monthly Management Fee - Only when tenant is in place ***If 3 or more properties with us price will lower to $85 / month***

$550 Lease Preparation Fee ***If 3 or more properties with us price will lower to $450 per lease***

Commercial Pricing

Management fee of 3% of gross rental income every month.

Leasing Fee of 6% dependent on buyer broker.
